- Add the amaretto, lemon juice, bourbon, maple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (no ice) for about 30 seconds to fully emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
