- Pour 2 1/2 cups of cold brew coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze until completely solid, about 3 hours.
- Add the frozen coffee cubes, the remaining 1/2 cup cold brew coffee, milk, Baileys Irish Cream, and vodka into a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy.
- Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce inside each serving glass. Pour the coffee slushie mixture evenly into the glasses, then top with whipped cream and additional chocolate and caramel sauce
