Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cold-brew coffee divided
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • Chocolate sauce for garnish
  • Caramel for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pour 2 1/2 cups of cold brew coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze until completely solid, about 3 hours.
  2. Add the frozen coffee cubes, the remaining 1/2 cup cold brew coffee, milk, Baileys Irish Cream, and vodka into a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy.
  3. Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce inside each serving glass. Pour the coffee slushie mixture evenly into the glasses, then top with whipped cream and additional chocolate and caramel sauce
