Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Brie cheese rind 1/2 of rind
  • 2-3 Tablespoons honey more to taste
  • For serving: french baguette crackers and or vegetables

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil
  • Sharp knife (for scoring the brie)
  • Small spoon or honey dipper
  • Oven mitts
  • Serving plate or board

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully score the brie in half horizontally so the honey can soak in as it melts.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the brie rind-side down on top.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the top of the brie.
  5. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese just begins to soften and melt out around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a minute, and serve warm with slices of French baguette or crackers.
