Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until incorporated.
Pour in the milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
Add a layer of batter to the prepared pan, followed by apples and cinnamon sugar. Repeat the layers.
Bake until the bread is golden and fully set, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
