Espresso Martini Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml / 1 1/3oz Vodka
  • 20 ml 2/3 oz Kahlua
  • 20 ml 2/3 oz espresso coffee , cooled
  • 3 coffee beans garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Strainer
  • Chilled martini or coupe glass

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, Kahlua, and cooled espresso.
  3. Shake vigorously about 10 times until well chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain quickly into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Spoon any remaining foam from the shaker on top if needed.
  6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
  7. Serve immediately.
