Prepare the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth.
Add egg and beat well.
Stir dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just blended.
Bake the Crust
Press the dough evenly into an ungreased pizza pan.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust.
Arrange blueberries, strawberries, and banana slices on top.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
Make sure crust is fully cooled before adding filling.
Use a variety of fruits for more color and flavor.
Slice just before serving for the best presentation.
