Ingredients
  

  • 6 cl rum
  • 3 cl Cointreau
  • 4 cl lime juice fresh
  • 200 g mango
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 5 cl white rum
  • 200 g strawberries can be frozen
  • 2 cl lime juice fresh
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Long drink glass or Hurricane glass
  • Straw
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Make mango daiquiri: Add rum, Cointreau, lime juice, mango, sugar, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Step 2: Fill glass halfway: Pour the mango mixture halfway into a long drink or Hurricane glass.
  3. Step 3: Make strawberry daiquiri: Add white rum, strawberries, lime juice, and ice cubes to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Layer the drink: Slightly tilt the glass and slowly pour in the strawberry daiquiri for a layered look.
  5. Step 5: Garnish and serve: Add a straw and decorate with half a strawberry. Serve immediately.
