- Gather all your ingredients and place a large microwave-safe mug on your counter.

- Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the mug. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

- Pour in the milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix well, scraping the bottom of the mug so no dry bits remain.
