Ingredients
  

  • Coconut Water: 6 fl oz
  • Coconut Rum: 2 fl oz
  • Light Rum: 1 ½ fl oz
  • Cream of Coconut: 1 fl oz
  • Lime Juice: 1 fl oz
  • Strawberries Chopped: 7

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker: For mixing everything together
  • Muddler or Wooden Spoon: To crush the strawberries
  • Serving Glasses: Margarita, rocks, or whatever’s clean
  • Strainer: Helps keep things smooth
  • Measuring Jigger or Small Cup: Close enough works too

Method
 

  1. Fill Glasses with Ice: Crushed ice works best.
  2. Muddle Strawberries: Add chopped strawberries to the shaker and crush them gently to release the juices.
  3. Add Remaining Ingredients: Pour in coconut water, coconut rum, light rum, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  4. Add Ice to Shaker: About 6 ice cubes is enough.
  5. Shake Well: Shake hard for about 5 seconds until cold.
  6. Double Strain: Pour into prepared glasses over crushed ice.
  7. Serve Immediately: Preferably while pretending you’re somewhere tropical.
