  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 quarts rice milk

Method
 

  1. Heat the water, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the mixture simmers, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the rice milk into a large pitcher. Slowly stir in the cooled cinnamon syrup until fully combined.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice for a refreshing drink.
