Ingredients
  

  • 2 5- ounce cans tuna
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley chives and/or other herbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans completely.
  2. Add the drained tuna to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, chopped herbs, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.
