In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth.
Filling Check
The mixture should be creamy and slightly thickened.
Pour into Crust
Pour the filling into the warm crust, spreading evenly.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly.
Cool Completely
